  I recently purchased (7 weeks ago) a preowned vehicle from Southpoint Lally Ford and am extremely happy so far. The digital clock display wasn't working properly, so I called to bring it in. An appointment was arranged for within a few days and the service tech looked up while still on the phone with to verify if it might be a factory issue, which it was (so nice to know). They took my car right away on the day of the appointment, which was on time. However, the service took a lot longer than expected due to the fact that they didn't have the program downloaded and ready to override the existing, which in my mind, they should have been prepared for since they already knew what the problem was. They were very apologetic and quite nice about it though. There may be more to the problems they experienced, but from the information they gave me, they should have had the program downloaded and ready to install upon service.

  Service was amazing. Staff was super friendly and helpful. They made sure i had everything i needed for the purchase of my firdt vehicle. Would definitely recommend going to them!

  Visited last week to replace a front valance on a 2013 Taurus and to repair frozen windshield washer. All work was done satisfactorily. Yesterday noticed that 2 valve stem caps were missing and one was plastic and one was chrome with N2(nitrogen). Don't know why they weren't checked to see if they were all there.
