  Service center is really bad, they tried to rip me off. I bought a set of tires and a alignment the very rude person at the service desk said they could not do the alignment because it needed some front end parts first, well I guess they didn't know I just had the car safetied at another place. I ended up bringing my car to another place to get the alignment with no issue. Jerks.

  Went to return a broken MASTERCRAFT tool. Got any and every reason why they could not exchange the set. They would have to order the single piece in as they do not carry it in singles. This on a sunday afternoon in the middle of fixing my truck. The best they could come up with if I needed the piece was to BUY another complete set for the one piece I needed. So after wasting my time in this local store AGIAN I ended up going to the one I should of in the first place which understood my issue and opened a new set and exchanged the piece I needed. This is not the first time I have been looked over or passed by or treated with bad customer service at this local store but it is the LAST. I will gladly drive by on my way to one that is willing to help a customer!!

  Decent selection and layout, but frequently cluttered aisles and constant harrassment by sales staff to apply for credit cards. This makes me rush in and out as fast as possible, and spend less since if I can't find what I'm looking for right away, I'll buy it elsewhere.

  Customer service was great but don't like being harassed by the people trying to get us to apply for credit card that's one reason I don't like shopping their and it was my favourite store
