My day surgery in August was great and went smoothly. Thanks Dr. Ali. :)

Worst emergency room ever. They only get one star because it won't let me give them a 0. ER doctors are miss and hit for actually helping you. Again spent 5 hours to see a doctor. He had no bedside manner what so ever, did not let me fully explain why I was there. I have multiple injuries from a work accident and needed help. He was very rude and reamed me out for coming there. Told me it's not his fault I couldn't get into see my family doctor or treating specialists and he's not there to do paperwork. Gave me a note for work and said it'll be $20. To make things worse, other patience heard him. While waiting for the note I heard the people next to me discussing what was said. Will not go to this hospital again for anything and definitely do not recommend this hospital. This doctor that was on this morning should be ashamed of himself, I've never been treated so badly in my 53 years.

When my daughter first went there a little over a week ago - she was just septic. Her health has actually deteriorated since going there.

The nursing staff was amazing and attentive. Merissa, Lena and Jen take time to really care. :)

Not this doctor or a few others I've seen at this hospital ER. Don't forget, they will be paid for seeing you, he'll be paid for being rude and not providing any treatment. In my opinion, the doctors that are like this should lose the right to practice medicine.

My daughter is now deaf in 1 ear, blind in 1 eye and has sepsis. Plus issues with her gallbladder and chunks of hair falling out. She is 18 years old.

One of the oldest binding documents in history, the Oath written by Hippocrates is still held sacred by physicians: to treat the ill to the best of one's ability, to preserve a patient's privacy, to teach the secrets of medicine to the next generation, and so on ..."

My wife spent four days under Dr. Farooqui's care. All tests and procedures were fully explained. A down to earth professional. :)

Welcome to Canada. Where 70% of your tax money will go to healthcare, yet you will still lose a child due to the 8hr-long waiting lines, and the nurses who dance to the tune of this culture of death will just say "if he didn't make it, that's because he was defective, and would have been a burden to the government". This review is for the hospital in general, not for the emergency department. Going in for stuff like x rays, ultrasound or other routine stuff is normally quick. Most of the staff I've encountered is friendly and helpful. My children were all delivered here and the maternity department is top notch. $5 flat rate parking.

The ER seemed to take people in order of arrival as opposed to urgency. :(

I also encountered the rudeness of the E.R. Dept. Disgraceful. Overhearing them say "Is it 3 pm yet?" The nurses do not care and show it. The docors seem to be too busy taking breaks and talking - not seeing patients.

Daughter was there 6 times in 8 days and she is not getting any better. We are bringing her to Windsor Met Campus. The E.R. is a joke.
